Ans : Whenever there's any enquiries coming in, we'll immediately inform our owners and get their confirmation almost immediate, thus able to convert 100% into viewings. We believe that while maximising the chances of more viewings will equal to more potential offers leading to closing the deal fast.

Post up the unit at property website portals or social media platforms. For the ASAP1,2&3 package, we'll arrange for the buyers to come but we won't be there physically.

Negotiate the highest possible offers to close the deal. Prepare and sign all the paperworks.
